Every product offered by us goes through an ESG due diligence, a process to screen for potential ESG risks and ensure ESG compliance and develop action plan for improvement. We continually identify and operate in compliance with all the applicable National and State laws and regulations and the guidelines defined by Reserve Bank of India (RBI) (as a minimum). We do not employ or make use of child labour and forced labour of any kind and ensure to pay wages which meet or exceed the legal minimum wages.<\/p>\n<p>Regular learning and development programs are conducted that are necessary to not only bring new employees up to a minimum standard in order to fulfill their job requirements, but also to enhance the skills for existing employees as well.<\/p>\n<p>We provide safe and healthy working conditions to all the employees by assessing the health and safety risks arising from work activities, and taking appropriate actions to eliminate or reduce such risks.
