Mr. Arun Kogta is an MBA in Finance from Cardiff University, U.K. and holds a Civil Engineering degree from Pune University. He joined Kogta Financial in 2004. His finance and business insights apart from his professional zeal have helped the Company channelise its   meteoric rise to the current level. His expertise lies in the area of marketing, credit, risk analysis and collection. His core work functionalities include devising business development strategies, establishing new disbursement touch points, risk analysis of operational areas, identification of new product segments, and the like. His operational management skills have been instrumental in the smooth running of the Company and expanding its footprint across new geographies.

Mr. Varun Kogta, a qualified Chartered Accountant is very familiar with the business, processes and operations of the banking industry, having been previously associated with ICICI Bank, Axis Bank and Ernst & Young as part of their statutory audit teams. His strong managerial skills, vast banking sector experience and infectious energy have helped in his efficient handling of the Company’s financial, operational, legal and administrative activities apart from monitoring   financial   budgeting & management reporting   systems. He is a good communicator, having strong interpersonal skills apart from advanced analytical, problem solving and organisational capabilities. His strategic relationship-building focus has helped in building long-term relationships with banks and people based on trust, integrity and conviction.

Mr. P R Kalyanaraman has 38+ years of experience in commercial banking to his credit. He has been associated with Kogta Financial as an Independent Director since 2017. He has previously served as the Managing Director of Centrum Capital (and later as Director). He was the Executive Director of Federal Bank during which period, he was also associated as a Board member of FedBank Financial Services Limited. Prior to this assignment, he served as the General Manager of Bank of India. As a commercial banker, he has had successful assignments in public and private sector banks across India in 8 linguistic states. His performance largely relates to administrative and operational functions, including resource mobilisation and management of non- performing assets. His area of expertise also covers large industrial credit and foreign exchange operations besides management of stressed assets.

Mr. Kumar Sharadindu has a master’s degree in physics from Delhi University. With 30+ years of banking experience, he has undertaken various branch operations apart from heading treasury operations, investments and risk management. He has been the Chief General Manager of the State Bank of India. His last stint as MD & CEO of SBI Pension Funds (P) Ltd saw SBI Pension Funds doubling its AUM within a span of two years. Since 2019, he has been on the Board of Kogta Financial as an Independent Director.

Mrs. Shashikala Ramachandra has nearly four decades of experience in the banking sector. She has held various crucial posts in Canara Bank as Divisional Manager, Assistant General Manager, Deputy General Manager handling Corporate Credit and Risk Management functions. Retired as General Manager and Group Chief Risk Officer from Canara Bank, she played a major role in implementing enterprise risk management solutions of SAS modules, model development and model validation, credit risk standardised and advanced approaches, group risk, etc. She has been an Independent Director at Kogta Financial since 2019.

Mr. Robin Agarwal is an alumnus of the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad and Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai. He is an Investor Director at Kogta Financial since 2019. He has over 12 years of experience across Private Equity and Consulting. He is currently a Director at CR Advisors LLP (Creador India), focussing on growth investment in India & South East Asia regions.

Mr. Nayan Kogta is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary. He oversees the company’s credit and operations processes, its evolution and deployment. He is also responsible for monitoring of budget targets and timelines and achievement of these. He has completed a Bachelor degree in Commerce from Mumbai University.

Mr. Rahul Agrawal is a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at Kogta Financial (India) Limited since 2013 and later on elevated as the Chief Compliance Officer in 2023. In this role, he is responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring, managing, and reporting on Compliance risk, ensuring the effectiveness and integrity of the compliance process and adherence to other applicable statutory provisions and Regulations.

Mr. Rahul Agrawal is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a law graduate and has over 10 years of experience in field of Corporate & Securities laws and other regulatory affairs.

Mr. Shobhit Nawal is a qualified Chartered Accountant, who has been associated with the company since 2011. He is responsible for managing business operations and the preparation of accounting and financial data. He also oversees taxation related issues of the company and acts as a point of communication for the banks, lenders, investors, etc., on behalf of the company.

Mr. Arjun Saigal is a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley and has 19 years of industry experience. Arjun joined Morgan Stanley in 2012 and is Co-Head of Morgan Stanley’s Private Equity business in India. Arjun also serves on Morgan Stanley’s India Executive Committee, comprising of senior business leaders.
Prior to Morgan Stanley, Arjun worked at Baring Private Equity Partners India, where he focussed on growth transactions across multiple sectors in India. Arjun has served as a Director on the Board of several companies including Five Star Business Finance, Kogta Financial, Centrum Housing Finance, Southern Health Foods, Sterling Accuris and Sahajanand Medical Technologies.
Arjun is a graduate of the London School of Economics & Political Science and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Though his core competencies has been SBU Management which he did for more than a decade but, during same period, Man Management & SBU handling opportunities helped him explore & apply skill sets in Change Management also. Chandan Agarwal has a unique blend of entrepreneurial and professional leadership experience of 13 years across finance and tech start-up. Prior to joining us he was Founder & COO of a successful VC funded B2B Fashion Tech start-up - Wholesalebox. He has 5 years of Investment Banking Advisory experience with Citibank & Sutherland and over 2 years of Corporate Debt Products experience with Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He is a post-graduate in business management from TAPMI. He is currently responsible for product development and new business initiatives.       

Sanjay Bhatnagar is a FINANCE PROFESSIONAL with more than 30 years of experience in the sector. He has been associated  with KOGTA FINANCIAL (I) LTD. Since 2018 as the NATIONAL SALES MANAGER – COMMERCIAL VEHICLES FINANCE DIVISION.

In his journey with Kogta, Sanjay has played a crucial role in opening several new locations in areas with great business potential. He has also on-boarded talented and qualified professionals from the industry to support organisation’s growth and development. Anupam Sirohi is associated with Kogta since May’21 and in capacity of NSM-Tractor is responsible for overall Tractor and Agri equipment related Business. An Engineering Graduate from REC Jaipur comes on board with 25 plus yrs. of enriching experience of different functions like Sales/Product/Business Development in semi-urban and rural markets.
He worked with Industry Leaders like ICICI Bank, HDB Finance and a long association of 15 plus yrs. with Kotak Mahinda Bank in capacity of State Level Role to National Level Role, where he played a pivotal role of setting-up the tractor finance business across geographies. Is a strong team leader who believes in creating future leaders thru knowledge sharing and driving team using problem solving techniques to target client’s requirement and generate the business.

Mr. Vikram Goyal is a qualified Chartered Accountant, who has been associated with the company since year 2019. He has over 15 years of experience in SME Lending by way of earlier association with Organizations like ICICI Bank, IndusInd Bank and Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, in varied functions ranging from Sales / Business Development, Operations Management to Credit Risk Management. He is currently responsible for driving Sales / Business Development in MSME Vertical of the company.

Rakshit Garg has 20 years of rich experience across functions & geographies in the retail financial industry. with initial 6 years in wealth management, Asset sales & 14 years in Receivables Management. Prior to Joining us he has worked for with Standard Chartered Bank, GE Capital & Magma Fincorp across various territories & functions. Strives to take on challenges & lead the team from the front to achieve difficult tasks. Believes in importance of process adherence & follows a designed process for every task to achieve a positive outcome. He has completed his Graduation & Post graduation in Business administration.

Om is a chartered accountant (2004) by qualification. He has also cleared Risk Management program (EPFRIM) from IIM Calcutta, CAIIB from Indian Institute of Bankers & Diploma in Information Systems Audit with ICAI. He has rich work experience of around 15 years of mortgage underwriting, risk assessment and policy design. Om has worked with various institutions like ICICI Bank, Magma Housing Finance Ltd, India bulls Housing Finance Ltd, Aavas Financiers and Vaastu Housing Finance Corporation Ltd. Currently, He is heading the seat of National Credit Manager – MSME.

Mr. Ravindra Singh Rajawat is a Law Graduate from Ajmer University and B’com Honors (BFE) from Jodhpur University. He has an experience of 20 years in legal, finance and insurance fields. His area of expertise is mitigating and redressing risk. He is associated with the company since 2018 and is heading the Legal Department, his core activities include Litigation Management and Write-off/ Loss recovery.

Nithya has over 25 years of rich experience in financial services. She is Managing Director of Multiples Alternate Asset Management (Multiples), a private equity platform with AUM of over US$ 2.5 billion.

Nithya joined Multiples in 2010 and leads the financial services and fintech investing practice. She is a Director on the Board of Multiples and a part of the Investment Committee.

Nithya is also a Director on the Board of Arvind Fashions, APAC Financial Services, APAC Housing Finance, Acko Technology & Services, Niyo Solutions Inc., DAM Capital Advisors, TI Clean Mobility and independent director on the Board of Zerodha Asset Management Company. She is a founding member of the India Chapter of Bloomberg Women’s Buyside Network and works closely with WIN PE in coaching young women professionals in investing. The Association of International Wealth Management of India featured her amongst India’s Top 100 Women in Finance 2020. Prior to joining Multiples, Nithya had a 14-year banking career across Citibank and ICICI focussed on structured finance. In her banking stint, she has pioneered several unique securitisations, mezzanine debt and leveraged finance transactions. She holds an engineering degree from VJTI, Mumbai and an MBA from IIM, Lucknow.

Mr. Sachin Pawar is a BE (Mech), MBA (Marketing ) and has a rich and varied experience of 22 years in retail finance. He has worked in the multiple functions, business verticals and has exposure to multiple business models. He has worked for 20 years in Tata Group Companies and his last stint was with Tata Capital as NSM Car Finance where he started the business from scratch and turned it profitable. In his spare time he loves to travel, play badminton and watch movies. 

Mr. Rahul Mukim is currently a Director in the Private Capital team at the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan. He was previously a Director at Carlyle responsible for healthcare and consumer investments in India, before which he worked at Olympus Capital and ICICI Ventures. He has over 18 years of total experience, including 16+ years in Indian private equity. He holds a BE in Computer Engineering and an MBA from IIM, Lucknow.

Mr. Vikas Sawhney is an MBA in marketing and has a rich and varied experience of more than 20 years in sales sector. 

He worked with Industry Leaders like SREI Equipment Finance Limited, ICICI Bank Limited, Intec Capital Limited, IndusInd Bank Limited, Standard Chartered Bank, Citi Financial Consumer Finance India Limited and HDFC Bank Limited.

He is associated with the Company since 2021 and is responsible for driving sales in construction equipment vertical of the Company.
