My journey with Kogta Financial has been truly enriching and fulfilling. I joined the organization as a CS Management Trainee in October, 2014 and got promoted to Assistant Manager and thereafter to Manager in a very short span of time. I am happy to share that the company gave me the right platform to showcase my capability to perform. My seniors have been supportive, always recognizing my work and rewarding me from time to time. It's such a great place to work that I can't believe it has been over 6 years since I joined. I am thankful that I am a part of Kogta Financial, as it has shown me the right path to achieve my goals or in other words, as our slogan goes, it has provided me ‘freedom to grow’.

I joined Kogta Financial a while back, in April 2014, as a branch manager. At that time, I had just returned from New Zealand and was going through a rough patch in my life. Kogta Financial has helped me become much more confident. I have gained relevant experience and am proud to say that today, I am a cluster manager. With the cooperation of my hard working team, I look after sales, collection, staff recruitment, stock disposal, business growth activity, etc. The company has always rewarded my hard work. We have been awarded the best TAT management award, 2017, and the ‘best branch portfolio’ award in 2018. My overall experience with the company has been extremely rewarding and enlightening. I look forward to many more years with Kogta Financial.

Kogta Financial has been a life changing experience for me. I joined the organization as a driver in the year 2001. Looking at my initiative and inclination towards business, the management promoted me to look after collection and legal cases of the company. Having excelled in that, I was selected as Bijainagar branch manager in 2016. I cannot thank the Kogta family and employees enough for placing such trust in me. I wish Kogta Financial (India) Limited immense success and see myself as a part of it ALWAYS!

I joined Kogta Financial as an operations executive and today I hold a managerial position. Our management is always considerate and accommodates our family contingencies or personal compulsions. Despite taking a maternity break, I have always been given challenging opportunities and rewarded whenever I have delivered results. “FREEDOM TO GROW”, Yes, it’s our slogan and we actually endeavor to achieve it at Kogta. Kogta Financial for me is a home away from home.
